Starbucks to Open 110 More Stores: The coffee company said it plans to open the stores by the end of September, the close of its fiscal year. The Seattle-based company has already opened 115 stores in fiscal 1995, for a total of 539 nationwide. It said it plans to open 250 stores in fiscal 1996, which, added to this year’s expansion, would bring the total number to 899. Starbucks stock was up $1.25 at $25.625 on the Nasdaq.
