Four Local Agencies Win Awards for Outdoor Ads: The Outdoor Advertising Assn. of America honored RP Alpha Group, a unit of Santa Monica-based Rubin Postaer Associates, for a Honda Del Sol automobile ad; Stein Robarie Helm, now Santa Monica-based Kresser Stein Robarie, for an ad for Der Wienerschnitzel restaurants, an account it no longer handles; Lois, Colby of Los Angeles for a Beverly Center ad, and Venice-based Chiat/Day for a Quaker State Minit Lube oil change centers ad. In all, 18 agencies nationwide received creative awards from the association.
