Free Credit Tips: Pasadena-based Countrywide Funding Corp., the nation’s largest mortgage lender, has just published a 33-page booklet titled “Your Credit and You,” which explains how to get a copy of your credit report, how to correct errors and what to do about accurate but misleading entries.
