. . . This is the time when Linda Countryman, a Hollywood resident, gets to talk a lot about sex.

Animal sex.

But it’s all very innocent. The retired office worker leads tours at the Los Angeles Zoo, and that’s what giraffes and lions have had on their minds in recent weeks.

“We do give some X-rated tours,” says Countryman, 65, who recently received an award for performing 12,000 hours of volunteer work at the zoo. “It’s unavoidable.”
