Tidewater Moving From Santa Barbara to Oxnard

Tidewater Marine Western Inc., which provides boat services for the offshore oil industry, is moving to Oxnard from Santa Barbara.
The company, a unit of Tidewater Inc. of New Orleans, has signed a three-year lease to occupy 3,500 square feet of space in the Hueneme Road Industrial Center.
In another move, American Parts System Inc., the parent of the Big A Auto Parts chain, has opened a distribution center on Wooley Road in Oxnard.
Leases involved in both relocations were negotiated by the Ventura office of CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc.
