Ernst & Young International Names Chairman: The giant accounting firm said it has selected Michael A. Henning for the post. Henning, currently chief executive, succeeds Elwyn O.M. Eilledge, who is retiring. Henning will retain the duties of chief executive but not use the title, the company said. Henning formerly was co-chairman of Ernst & Young LLP in the United States and vice chairman with responsibility for the firm’s U.S. tax practice. Previously, Henning headed the New York office of the $6-billion firm. In addition, Richard N. Findlater, Michael Grobstein and Jean-Charles Raufast were named vice chairmen of Ernst & Young International, with responsibilities for managing global strategic initiatives under Henning.
