Company Town : Warner TV Exec to Join CBS as VP

Warner Bros. Television executive Billy Campbell is joining CBS Entertainment as an executive vice president, following former Warner executive Leslie Moonves to the network.
The move had been expected since Moonves was named president of CBS Entertainment and executive vice president of the CBS/Broadcast Group last month.
* MGM/UA Home Entertainment has restructured its operation. Jeffrey A. Karbowiak was promoted to vice president of operations. The company’s operations and finance team has been expanded to include Scott Partridge as director of operations, Jeanne Danley as director of finance, Dennis Dixon as senior financial analyst and Hiro Ouchi as operations manager. Separately, Molly Kronberg has been named director of sales for national accounts.
