A resident of Ventura County for 35 years, Josefina Munoz Ortiz of Santa Paula has died at Santa Paula Hospital after a sudden illness. She was 50.
Ortiz, who died Friday, was born in Lobatos, Mexico, on May 7, 1945. She was a homemaker and mother of two who worked for the Limoneira Co. for 25 years.
She is survived by her husband, Eliseo, son Robert of Santa Paula, daughter Josefina of Santa Paula, two brothers and three sisters.
Arrangements are under the direction of Garcia Mortuary of Oxnard.
