Cardiovascular Dynamics Inc.: The Irvine subsidiary of Endosonics Corp. said Thursday that it received a cash payment of $750,000 from its Japanese distributor, Fukuda Denshi Co. Ltd. In return, Fukuda has been awarded Japanese distribution rights for Cardiovascular Dynamics’ new products for peripheral vascular, neurovascular and non-vascular clinical applications. The company develops drug delivery catheters, combined angioplasty-drug delivery catheters and advanced therapeutic catheters.
