New Planning Executive Is Appointed at Kaiser

John Fox has been named to the newly created position of director of planning and analytical services for Orange County for Kaiser Permanente, a health maintenance organization that serves 190,000 members at three hospitals and nine medical offices in the county. Fox joined Kaiser in 1980 and was most recently manager of long-range planning for the Southern California region. In addition, Mark Resnick was appointed director of finance for Kaiser Permanente in Orange County. Before joining the company in March, he was manager of financial analysis for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
* Jeff Stinson has been appointed vice president, human resources, for BI Technologies Corp., a Fullerton manufacturer of products for industrial and military applications. He had been director of human resources since joining the company in 1993. Prior to that, Stinson held senior positions with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell International.
* ChrisAnn Richards has joined the Newport Beach office of Chelsea GCA Realty Inc., a factory outlet shopping center developer, as regional marketing manager. She was previously an owner and consultant for Communication Resources, a public relations and marketing communication company in Indianapolis.
