Valleywide : 3 Housing Projects Get Quake Repair Loans

More than $1 million in federal earthquake repair loans have been awarded to three San Fernando Valley housing projects, Rep. Anthony C. Beilenson (D-Woodland Hills) has announced.
Receiving loans were Sherman Park Apartments in Reseda ($670,000), Villa Topanga II Apartments in Chatsworth ($173,938) and Roscoe Park Apartments in Canoga Park ($166,881).
The funds are provided by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Earthquake Loan Program (HELP).
