Moderate Earthquake Rattles Salinas Valley

A moderate earthquake along the San Andreas Fault 20 miles southeast of Salinas, measuring magnitude 4.3, was felt throughout the Salinas Valley at 9:44 a.m. Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
No injuries or damage resulted from the temblor near Pinnacles National Monument.
