* After reading your article on the speed-up system at Anaheim Hills Golf Course, I could not wait to try it again (“Anaheim’s Message to Golfers: Stop Puttering Around”, Aug. 21). It had been several years since I played that nightmarish five hour-plus course. Happily, I got a tee time, and indeed the starter gave our group a time card. It is still a nightmarish five hour-plus golf course, but they do keep track of your time.
