Pharmacia IoVision Inc.: The Irvine subsidiary of Swedish-owned Pharmacia U.S. Inc. said Tuesday that it will add up to 30 new jobs next year as it expands its capacity to manufacture lenses used in cataract surgery. The company moved into larger quarters in the Irvine Spectrum last month to accommodate about 40 employees who were transferred from an ophthalmology unit in Monrovia. The new positions next year will boost the company’s payroll to 130 in Irvine.
