Conejo Valley House and Condo Sales Decline

Sales of single-family homes by members of the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors totaled 229 in September, down from 250 in August and 235 in September, 1994. The brokers sold 55 condominiums in September, compared to 63 in August and 61 a year earlier.
The median sales price for single-family houses in September was $247,000, down from $273,000 a year earlier.
The association’s members work mostly in Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park.
