A yearlong effort to patch leaks at a Cal State Long Beach sports complex failed a test Monday when workers showered the structure with water: There was a puddle in the Pyramid.
Three sides of $22-million Pyramid proved waterproof after the test, but a construction crew apparently had overlooked a leak on the building’s north wall.
