PacifiCare Behavioral Health of California Inc.: The subsidiary of PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., Laguna Hills, said Monday that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Psychology Systems Inc., a Milpitas, Calif.-based company that provides managed mental health-care services and employee assistance programs to clients in California and Nevada. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The agreement is subject to approval by the California Department of Corporations.
