TransWorld Bank will move its branch in the city of San Fernando from Celis Street to South Brand Boulevard in April.
The move will nearly double the branch’s office space from 4,800 square feet to 7,500 square feet.
The new branch, at 456 S. Brand Blvd., also will include a drive-up automated teller machine, and parking spaces will be increased from 16 to 105.
TransWorld Bank, the oldest and largest independent bank in the San Fernando Valley, is a wholly owned subsidiary of TransWorld Bancorp, a California bank holding company headquartered in Sherman Oaks. The bank has 11 offices in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
