SEASON AT A GLANCE: Fullove has been one of the region’s top runners, winning 11 of 14 races and leading Louisville to its first Division IV titles in the Southern Section and State championships. She won her second consecutive section title Nov. 18 and her first State championship Saturday.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Fullove covered the 5,000-meter course at Fresno’s Woodward Park in 18 minutes 39 seconds to win the State Division IV title by 30 seconds. Her performance was slower than she expected, but Fullove was happy with the victory after finishing fifth as a junior. “I really wanted to win the individual title,” she said. “I felt like I had a chance to win it last year and I ended up not running very well.”
