Patrick Stewart to Play ‘Canterville Ghost’

Patrick Stewart, the former star of “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” will play the title role in a new TV movie based on Oscar Wilde’s “The Canterville Ghost.”
The movie, schedule for broadcast in January on ABC, features Stewart as the ghostly lord of an English castle who has difficulty convincing the new American inhabitants to flee in fright.
