Don’t Forget Seubert’s Ties to ‘Common Bonds’

Regarding your otherwise excellent progress report on the student-produced film “Common Bonds” (“Reel Life Adventures,” Dec. 17): The article missed--sort of like writing about Abbott without mentioning Costello. I’m referring to the nonmention of founder and co-artistic director Evelyn Seubert, who raised the money referred to in the article as well as tutored the student production personnel and oversaw the script development, as well as brought together professional mentors to spark the students. Who else quit their job to work full time to realize this project?
Beatles without Lennon? Maybe. “Common Bonds” without Evelyn Seubert? No way.
