KING’S WORDS: “King: From Atlanta to the Mountaintop,” a three-hour docudrama produced by San Fernando Valley-based Bailey Broadcasting Services, will air on KJLH-FM (102.3) at 9 a.m. The program features interviews with the slain civil rights leader as well excerpts from his speeches.
MANY VOICES: Andrae Crouch, the Grammy-winning gospel singer and pastor of Christ Memorial Church in Pacoima, will lead the choir at the San Fernando Valley Interfaith Council’s eighth annual King celebration. The 7 p.m. service at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Granada Hills includes reflections from Christian, Jewish, Unitarian, Islamic, Zen and Bahai leaders from throughout the Valley.
