The French cosmetics firm L’Oreal extended to Feb. 1 its cash tender offer to buy Maybelline Inc.’s outstanding common stock for $36.75. . . . Lockheed Martin Corp. sold two buildings in Burbank for about $15 million that were once used by its top-secret “Skunk Works” aircraft design division. . . . Larry Pollack, the president of jewelry chain Zale Corp., quit and was replaced by the company’s chairman and chief executive, Robert J. DiNicola.
