Student Has Golden Touch in Auto Repair

Cypress College student Gastavo Perez won a gold medal in a recent automotive repair competition. The statewide competition was sponsored by the California division of the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA). Perez, a Garden Grove resident, won top honors in the automotive collision technology category. Perez will represent California in national competition at the VICA conference June 24 in Kansas City, Mo.
