Rosset Has Second Thoughts on Games

Olympic champion Marc Rosset said he might not defend his title in Atlanta after being knocked out in the first round of the Swiss Open in Gstaad, Switzerland.
“It’s a difficult decision because I announced a long time ago I would go to the Olympics, but I realize more and more that it’s not a good thing for me,” said Rosset, who is worried about dropping in the ATP rankings. “For some people the Olympics mean everything, but for me Wimbledon and Roland Garros mean more. I’ve won an Olympic medal, I know what it is.”
