The American Fastpitch Assn. hosts the 12th International Friendship Tournament for high school girls Friday through Monday at Maxwell Park in Anaheim. Twenty-eight teams from 10 states join four Japanese teams in the event.
Opening ceremonies will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, followed by preliminary-round games. Championship-round games will be Saturday and Sunday. The title game will be at 1:15 p.m. Monday. Admission is free.
