Van Nuys 26, Poly 20 (OT)--The Wolves (2-2) scored on the second play of their overtime possession on a six-yard run by Gerardo Garcia-Montes. The Wolves stopped Poly (0-4) on their drive from the 10 in the California tiebreaker.

Poly tied the score with 4:28 to play in regulation on Stephen Smith’s 73-yard pass reception from Jeremiah Brown and a two-point conversion run by Brown.

Van Nuys quarterback Robert Williamson rushed for 164 yards in seven carries, including a 68-yard touchdown run.
