Fillmore 33, LA. Baptist 25--Adrian Golson rushed for 135 yards in 15 carries and scored on a 77-yard run, and Tim Pollado added 100 yards in 18 carries and scored two touchdowns to lead the Flashes (2-2) at Fillmore.
Pollado’s 36-yard scoring run midway through the fourth quarter put Fillmore ahead, 33-19.
Peter Dirksen (six of 16 for 100 yards) scored on a 16-yard run for the Knights (2-2) minutes later, and L.A. Baptist recovered the ensuing kick. But the Fillmore defense kept the Knights out of the end zone and the Flashes ran out the clock.
The Knights’ Chris Ross rushed for 137 yards in 28 carries.
