Amendments

Our congressional leaders should stop trying to corrupt our Constitution with a lot of needless amendments and start doing the job we elected them to do!
This wrangling over amendments to balance the budget, impose term limits and outlaw flag burning simply provides a smoke screen for them to hide the fact that they are not doing any work on the real problems facing America. None of these items needs a constitutional amendment--the Constitution should not be amended to further political agendas.
And they wonder why a cynical public is disgusted with politicians!
