The New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market said they will close in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday starting next year. . . . Louisville-based Humana Inc. agreed to buy ChoiceCare Corp., the largest HMO in Cincinnati, for $250 million in cash, in its second acquisition this week. On Tuesday, Humana agreed to buy Miami-based Physician Corp. of America for $400 million in cash and assumed debt. . . . Campbell Soup Co. said it has hired Post Cereal’s Margo Lowry, who helped create Banana Nut Crunch and other best-selling cereals, to oversee development of new soups, juices and sauces. Post said it will remove Lowry’s name and photo from its cereal boxes, where she appeared as part of a marketing campaign.
