The Mid-Valley Chamber of Commerce needs volunteers for its 14th annual cleanup day from 7 a.m. to noon Saturday beginning at Delano Park at 15100 Delano St. Free breakfast, lunch and T-shirts available. Call (818) 989-0300.
The Wellness Community--Valley/Ventura, a nonprofit organization that provides free psychological, emotional and social support to adults with cancer and their families, needs volunteers for general office tasks such as answering phones, word processing and greeting clients.
Morning and afternoon shifts are available throughout the week. The group is also looking for someone to coordinate front desk volunteers.

Habitat for Humanity needs construction supervisors, tradesmen, transportation coordinators, meal providers, cleanup crews and medical support team members for a project beginning June 28.

Project Angel Food, which delivers hundreds of meals to AIDS victims throughout Los Angeles, operates out of sites in North Hollywood and Van Nuys.
For nearly half the clients, this is their primary source of food.
