Palestinian Officer Sought in Killings

Israel is seeking a Palestinian intelligence officer in the deaths of two Arab land dealers, Jerusalem police said. An arrest warrant has been issued for Hussein Saadeh, head of Palestinian intelligence in the West Bank city of Ramallah. The two victims, Farid Bashiti and Ali Mohammed Jumhour, were suspected by the Palestinians of having sold land to Jews. Senior Palestinian officials have denied involvement.
