Top of the World: He made it. Calabasas attorney Norman Schwartz returned this week from a successful flight to the North Pole. Although unexpected bad weather prompted his 10-pilot caravan to divert its path, the caravan still arrived (one day late) in Eureka, Canada. That’s where you’ll find the globe’s northernmost landing strip, just a few hundred miles south of the geographical North Pole. “It was a winter wonderland,” Schwartz said. “Indescribable.” So where is he off to next? “I’m going to take out a map and throw a dart at it.”
