Donations Accepted for Victims of Van Crash

The Mexican Consulate is accepting donations to help the families of five immigrants who were killed in a fiery van crash June 16.
The young Mexican nationals were returning to their home in East Los Angeles from a fruit-vending trip in San Jose when an 18-wheeler rammed the back of the vehicle, causing it to burst into flames.
Three survivors were injured, one seriously. Several of the victims had only been in the country a few weeks.
