Death Row Delays Trivialize Sentence
* In the John J. Famalaro case, the jury has found the defendant guilty and decided he should be executed.
What difference does it make? There are over 450 inmates now on death row, some being there, it seems, since the beginning of time.
And they are still going through the endless delays and appeals that federal judges always seem to grant.
The fact of the matter is that Famalaro will live longer than most of us, and will leave this planet from a natural death.
