Dressing for Dinner
* Greg Crosby and his wife may have set a new trend (Voices, Nov. 28). Other diners who saw how nice they looked may dress up next time they go out. Remember how the British would set up formal dining in the midst of an expedition to some faraway place. They would dress for dinner and enjoy the elegance and refinement of a refined evening, even if in a tent. Diners in shorts and T-shirts are a pox on the ambience. Keep it up, Greg!
