The City Council tonight will consider a new location for a skate park within the $22-million community center scheduled to open next year. Southern California Edison objected to the original location because it interferes with plans for additional power lines. The redesign could cost the city up to $45,000. Edison has offered to provide some funding for the redesign. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150. Information: (949) 707-2600.
