* Whether you’re a friend or foe of carpool lanes is inevitably influenced by whether you’re driving duo or solo, with duo the way to go between Long Beach and, say, San Diego, conferring on you the awesome advantage of the fast lane.
But whether duo or solo, none disagree with the need for “increased spending on . . . bikeway projects and making it easier for people to walk.”
Which is what Long Beach has done with its long, beach bikeway, connected as it is to the bikeway along the L.A. River. Way to go!
