Microsemi Issues Shares

SANTA ANA — Microsemi Corp. issued 2.45 million shares of common stock at $13.55 each in converting convertible subordinated debentures due 2012. Microsemi, a semiconductor supplier, said the conversion increased its common shares outstanding by 26.6% to 11.7 million shares.
