Oltmans Finishes Work on Wellpoint Office Building

Oltmans Construction Co. has completed a 113,000-square-foot office building in Newbury Park for Wellpoint Health Networks, a health-care administrator for Blue Cross.
The building, on 5.6 acres at 2100 Corporate Center Drive, is an expansion of Wellpoint’s area offices.
Officials said Wellpoint, which is headquartered in Woodland Hills, will employ 900 people at the new building.
