Centris Stake Is Cut

COSTA MESA — An investment group led by Kramer Spellman LP cut its stake in Centris Group Inc. to 4.5% from 5.9% of the Costa Mesa-based insurance holding company.
The group sold shares between Dec. 30 and Monday at prices ranging from $21.69 to $24.98 each, according to a report filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
New Jersey-based Kramer Spellman, managed by Orin S. Kramer, owns 272,000 shares, the filing said. In July, the group reported owning 351,100 shares.
Previously known as US Facilities Inc., Centris underwrites employer-funded health insurance plans and provides other insurance products. The company’s shares were unchanged Tuesday at $24.94.
