Surprising Century, which won its holiday tournament, takes on Orange Lutheran. Saturday, top-ranked and unbeaten Santa Margarita, fresh from beating Mater Dei for the Orange tournament championship, battles pesky Esperanza. But the top matchup that evening will be No. 10 Los Alamitos vs. No. 5 Sonora.
