Motorcycle Hazards

Increasingly, thousands of motorcycles are operating on our roads without mufflers of any kind. These vehicles literally blast the air with violent noise, with flames literally shooting from the open exhaust pipes.

Also, with a critical fire season approaching, these unregulated motorcycles, with no spark arresters or mufflers, create a large potential for fire hazard, as they operate en masse on rural roads.

Are there no muffler or disturbance or hazard laws controlling such flagrant, violent noise and flame?
