Photomatrix Purchase

Photomatrix Inc. said it agreed to purchase MGM Techrep Inc., a manufacturer sales representative firm in Santa Ana. MGM will retain existing liabilities and release its sales personnel to Photomatrix, a Carlsbad-based maker of integrated imaging and group-ware systems.

Photomatrix said MGM is owned by the officers and former owners of I-PAC Manufacturing Inc., an electronic product manufacturer recently purchased by Photomatrix.
