On Trace With...The Angel

A Brooklyn-born producer-artist based in L.A., the Angel finds musical inspiration in Latin, hip-hop, reggae, jazz and soul. Her debut album, “Tuned In, Turned On,” will be released in October, and on July 28, she’ll be deejay at Datum, the club at Mamagaya’s on La Cienega Boulevard, where she spins the last Tuesday of every month. Herewith, her current favorite tracks.
