Don’t Forget to Review Club Swimming Pools
- Share via
Phantom Jim Rat’s review of the Sports Club / Irvine (“If Sports Club / Irvine Doesn’t Have It, Then It Probably Doesn’t Exist,” Feb. 16), includes swimming and day care among the “amenities” offered. Swimming is never mentioned again.
For those of us who take our swimming seriously, a pool is the prime requirement of a health club. Therefore, when Health reviews a club, please tell us something about the pool. Is it a four-lane, 20-yard pool, or an eight-lane, 50-meter pool? Is it kidney-shaped? Good for walking / water exercises? This would take only a few lines of print, but would be most helpful and appreciated.
