Groups to Welcome New City Manager

A reception for incoming Oxnard City Manager Edmund Sotelo will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott at River Ridge in Oxnard on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.
It will cost $10 to attend the event, hosted by Latino community organizations, including El Concilio del Condado de Ventura, the Assn. of Mexican-American Educators and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Ventura.
Reservations are required.
