Readers Are Looking for a Change in Signals

I have listened to UCLA and USC games on the radio since 1943, but that has now ended since USC joined UCLA in having XTRA broadcast the games. One would have thought USC would have learned from UCLA that it is very hard to get XTRA on the radio and when you do, it is a very weak signal.
But that is not all UCLA and USC have in common. It would never have happened except both schools have sorry excuses for athletic directors, which can be blamed on the president and chancellor of the respective schools.

I do not understand the Dodgers’ selection of AM 1150 to carry their broadcasts. Actually, as far as we can tell here in South Orange County, Dodger games on the radio are just a rumor. I read somewhere a while back the station “boosted” its signal, and I would suggest someone has boosted it back from them.
