Nearly 150 business professionals, including 135 alumni, will reenter the classroom today as “professors for a day” at Cal State Fullerton.
The two-day event is an opportunity for alumni to give back knowledge and expertise to their alma mater, said Katrin Harich, business school interim associate dean for administration.
It also allows professors and students to network with working professionals and see what is going on in the business world, she said.
Among those scheduled to teach classes in the fourth annual event are Len Dreyer, president and CEO of Marie Callenders Pie Shops Inc.; April Morris, owner of Morris & Associates; and Terrance Dickens, president and CEO of Bixby Land Co.
“It is really motivating to hear from somebody who’s made it in business,” Harich said.
