The author of “The Wit and Wisdom of Winston Churchill” will perform as the late prime minister during a lecture at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace. James Humes will present “Never Give Up: An Evening With Winston Churchill” followed by a book signing, starting at 7 p.m. Nov. 30. Admission is $8.
